If you start a loan application, that application is hosted and processed by our e-signature and document provider, not by this website. That provider's own privacy practices govern information you submit there.

We do not use cookies, analytics, or advertising trackers on this site. The only external resource loaded is a font stylesheet from Google Fonts, needed to display the site's typefaces; this does not set tracking cookies from our site and does not receive any information you enter into the contact form.

How we use information

• To respond to your inquiry and discuss consulting or loan management services.
• To evaluate and route loan applications to appropriate lending partners, with your knowledge and consent.
• To maintain records related to any engagement or loan we help arrange, as required by law or sound business practice.

Our services are directed at business owners and are not intended for individuals under 18. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

Because Equal Equity Group facilitates business financing, this section describes specifically how nonpublic personal and business financial information is handled when you apply for a loan or line of credit through us.

What we collect for financing

To evaluate and place a financing request, we may collect business and personal financial information such as: business name and structure, revenue and bank statements, tax and identification information, credit history, and details you or your business provide during underwriting. Much of this is collected directly by the lender or our e-signature/application provider once you begin an application, rather than by this website itself.

Why we share it

We disclose the financial information you provide to the third-party lenders, banks, SBA-affiliated institutions, and alternative financing providers in our network, solely for the purpose of obtaining financing quotes, underwriting, and funding the loan or advance you are seeking. We do not disclose this information to unaffiliated third parties for their own marketing purposes.

Your right to limit sharing

You may direct us not to submit your information to a particular lender or category of lender at any time before it is sent, by telling us in writing (email is sufficient). Once an application has been submitted to a lender you approved, that lender's own privacy notice and retention practices govern the information it holds.

Security

We take reasonable administrative and technical measures to protect financial information in our possession, and we work only with lending partners and application providers that maintain their own safeguards for the information they receive.
